About Kathy

About
I have been in a sales environment my whole working career. Looking for a less hectic life style I moved my family to the peace and quiet of Morgan County. After working as a sales manager in the hospitality industry at both Coolfont and the Country Inn in Berkeley Springs, I decided I wanted a more diverse type of experience working for myself. My biggest pleasure is getting my buyers and sellers to the closing table and having happy customers/clients. Many of these folks have remained friends and repeat customers. Let me help you with your real estate needs. Morgan, Berkeley, Jefferson, Hampshire Counties of WV .

Katherine K. sold a home in Virginia Beach

I had an unusual house to sell that required the real estate agent to position the house for a limited market. Kathy understood immediately what kind of a buyer we were looking for. In fact, she knew that I wouldn’t sell the house just based on price and that the buyer had to understand and appreciate the custom design and construction. Kathy is a sophisticated agent, deft at handling both buyer and seller and singularly trustworthy and honest. Her advice and guidance were invaluable. I recommend her without any hesitation. It was an absolute pleasure working with her.
