As Director of Operations within a leading student housing management companies, I have worked on dozens of property acquisition takeovers and developed expertise in leasing strategy, asset performance, and investment growth. I hold my ARM designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management and am currently pursuing my CPM. Starting in real estate at a young age, I built my business helping first-time homebuyers and investors purchase their first or next property with confidence. Growing up in Central Wisconsin and choosing to put down roots here has given me a strong connection to the community and local market.
