i have been a full time real estate agent in the Eau Claire market for past 42 years. My focus in on residential homes, condominiums, waterfront homes, hobby farms, income property, vacant land sales and development.

I have been in the real estate profession as a Realtor since May of 1981 and will be celebrating 40 years of helping folks whether they are buying their first home or their retirement home. My wife and I moved to Eau Claire, WI in 1975 to finish up on our respective degrees (mine being accounting and business administration) graduating in 1977. We thought about where we would like to move to to pursue our careers and quite honestly, we really grew fond of Eau Claire and of course, we are still here and enjoy the quality of life this community has to offer. On a more personal side, I am member of the local, state and National Realtors Association, Council of Residential Specialist (CRS), Eau Claire Kiwanis Club, Peace Church, and the local Harley Owners Group. My wife Shirl and I have been married for 41 years, we have two children we adopted and they are grown plus we have two dogs which have me well trained.
