Marius has gone above and beyond in preparing us to sell a house. We are selling a house that is quite a distance from where we currently live and we needed eyes-on-the-ground, which Marius was able to give us. He not only walked us through what we needed in terms of paperwork, he's gone the extra mile and given us excellent tips on what upgrades, repairs and staging might be necessary to make a good first impression. Our house is in a rural area and we knew it was a long distance for Marius, but he's spent more time at the house than we have! We especially appreciated Marius use of technology - video conferencing, texting, emails, data analytics on recent sales - so that we always felt like Marius was a button away.
