BUYER BEWARE!! Luke Raynor (Realty One Group Eclipse of Spokane) scuttled a $650,000 real estate deal because he would not get paid enough! We are the sellers and Luke brought a buyer who made an offer on our property. We accepted everything about the offer except we didn’t want to pay Luke 3%, about $20,000. Even before the verdict against the National Association of Realtors last year, commissions have always been negotiable. NOT with Luke!
