Teddy Lim

Teddy has dedicated his career to helping his clients achieve their real estate goals. Teddy was born & raised in Manila, Philippines with 4 siblings. And at age 18, immigrated to Seattle, WA in the Summer of 2000 with his entire family. He was taught from a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard. (But that’s not to say he didn’t have fun along the way.) Teddy got into the real estate industry over 16 years ago when in 2007, he saw his first Mentor speak on stage at the UW Foster Business School in Seattle. He got so inspired by his mentor's life story that he set out to start the journey of creating wealth through real estate. Zig Ziglar's quote stuck with him: "You can get everything you want out of life, if you can help enough people, get what they want out of life!"
