I am a Real Estate Broker, REALTOR, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) serving Kirkland and the Eastside. For more than 30 years, I have helped people navigate important housing and life transitions through leadership roles in senior housing, relocation services, property management, and real estate. As a former Executive Director in senior housing and an SRES designee, I specialize in helping seniors and their families evaluate housing options and create thoughtful transition plans. I also work with young families and first-time home buyers, providing education and guidance throughout the homeownership journey. As a U.S. Navy veteran, Lynn is proud to help fellow veterans understand and utilize their VA home loan benefits. My wife Pam and I have called Kirkland home since 2001 and have deep roots throughout the Eastside community. My approach is built on trust, communication, and helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.
