I grew up in Seattle and love the Northwest. I love the outdoors, music, theatre, and people. I love all that this side of the state offers. I have a background in new construction and remodeling as well as relocation. So you could say I speak everything about buildings from the ground up. I have negotiated with Vendors for years, and so I consider negotiations, especially in person, my foray. I have worked in the Residential market as well as multi-family and land. So, with me, you have a deep understanding of the processes it takes for each type of transaction.
