Kelly Hendrickson

I am a lifelong resident of Pierce County with deep roots in the community I proudly serve. In 2005, I obtained my real estate license. Real estate quickly became my passion and long-term career. I was the first broker to join Better Properties Summit and have since advanced to become the firm’s Designated Broker & Owner. I enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and bring firsthand experience to my clients, having purchased and rehabilitated several of my own homes over the past 20 years. I am also a WSHFC Trained Homebuyer Education Instructor, allowing me to better serve first-time and informed buyers alike. Outside of real estate, I am deeply committed to serving the veteran community. I serve on the board of the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP) as President and past AUSA President. Real estate is more than a career for me—it’s my passion.
