In 1995, Doug and his wife Tristy moved to the Tri Cities where Doug was Parks and Recreation Director for the City of Prosser (11 years) and City of Richland Parks and Recreation Coordinator (9 years). Doug has a degree in education from Western Washington University and has been a soccer coach, volunteer firefighter, Sunday school teacher, ropes course facilitator, ski patrol member, and an active member of many other clubs and activities. Doug has been married to Tristy for 27 years and has five incredibly active and wonderful children. For the past 15 years, Doug and Tristy have run their own property development company focusing on investment properties, flipping houses, and lease-to-own contracts.
