Hi, I’m the Designated Broker and Owner of Penny Kingdom Realty! Born and raised in the Seattle area, I now call the scenic Seven Lakes region of Marysville home with my wife and two children. With a background in residential remodeling, construction, and business ownership, I bring hands-on expertise to every real estate transaction. A licensed broker since 2010, I earned my Managing Broker’s license in 2015—the highest level in Washington State—and founded Penny Kingdom Realty in 2017. I’m also a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and a certified home buyer instructor for the Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC). From first-time buyers to luxury estates, I offer expert guidance and personalized service every step of the way. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, snowboarding, hiking, and cheering on Seattle sports teams.
