I am a native and the great grand daughter of lumber pioneer Spokane founder, JP McGoldrick. I have been a licensed agent since 1992, almost 30 years! I am a licensed managing Broker. I raised four children, have 4 grandchildren and a puppy . I love to cook, grow herbs, interior design, growing flower gardens, area lakes , estate sales... I have restored about 17 houses and have a few rental properties .

Loving all things to do with land, I dove into Real Estate personally in 2003, purchasing a small mobile home on 10 acres. My husband and I remodeled and fixed the place up, divided the land into 2 parcels and sold them to help build on our land. I have always loved Real Estate and after raising my two boys decided to get my Real Estate license. In the beginning of 2014 I stated working for a small brokerage. In 2017 I moved to a large brokerage and in 2018 I purchased my own United Country Franchise. I now have offices in Spokane, WA and Lewiston, ID. Like most agents, I help buyers and sellers in urban settings. I have always loved the country and early on in my Real Estate Career I started to specialize in raw and rural properties. I have expanded to help folks with Lake homes and properties and in 2019 I procured my Idaho License.
