I have been servicing Buyers and Sellers full time since 1989. My coverage areas are Snohomish and King Counties, I have contacts outside of those areas that I work with.

Since 2004, I’ve been helping clients buy and sell homes, gaining extensive experience and deep familiarity with local market conditions. My passion is guiding clients through what can sometimes be a stressful process. I prioritize clear communication, staying available to answer questions and maintaining close contact to ensure a smooth experience. It’s incredibly rewarding to assist so many great people, many of whom end up feeling like family. My wife and I live in Northeast Snohomish County, where we are active in our church and involved in local community outreach programs. We have three adult children, including my business partner Dante plus three amazing grandkids we love to see as often as possible.
