I'm a licensed Managing Broker. I've sold real estate for 20 years on a full-time basis so I have lots of negotiating experience which assists in my overall goal in getting my buyers the best home at the lowest price point and my sellers the highest sale price for their property. I've lived in Whatcom County my entire life which has been highly beneficial in my career. I try not to sweat the small stuff, I avoid gossip and drama, and I don't feel the need to follow the crowd. Hence, I make every effort to shield my clients from the potential stress of real estate transactions. I know when to listen and I know when to give advice. I will never give advice unless I've had personal experience, knowledge, or education in the subject matter and see an opportunity for a potential greater outcome. I'm a "no nonsense" type of person yet very personable. I believe people can trust rely and depend on me for their real estate needs whether buying or selling. I have lots of referrals!
