Kerri Zender Boudousquie

I’m proud to call Whatcom County home. My roots run deep as part of the Zender family—known for our commitment to the community. Inspired by my parents, I’ve built a career helping others, which naturally led me to real estate. After earning a degree in Landscape Architecture from Washington State University, I returned to Bellingham and began my career in design, later launching a creative business. That foundation sharpened my eye for detail and strengthened my approach to client care. Today, I work alongside my husband at Compass, where we help buyers and sellers navigate the market with heart, strategy, and local insight. Whether it’s your first home or an inherited property, we show up with purpose and care. Family is everything—our 8-year-old daughter and three spirited Whoodles keep life lively.
