For 5 years I sold real estate in Michigan, where unemployment reached 20% and 70% of home sales were distressed sales. I became one of the top-selling agents in my office. In 2009 I moved to Kirkland & joined Coldwell Banker Bain. I'm a managing broker, accredited home stager & a Previews Property Specialist, proficient in marketing luxury properties. I'm also a Senior Real Estate Specialist, ready to meet the needs of buyers & sellers age 50+. As a Certified New Home Specialist, I help new home buyers to achieve their real estate goals. I have additional training in seller representation, buyer representation, relocations, staging, photography and design. I have sold real estate all over King County, as well as Pierce and Snohomish, and have been proud to call Washington state my home for more than 30 years.
