Dina Thomas

Horrible, Horrible experience. In June 2024, I recently enlisted Dina Thomas to sell my property. She's a pleasant person, but she seems to lack experience as a buyer's agent. After 82 days on the market with minimal traffic, I had a hunch that Dina lacked the experience she claimed to have, so I terminated our agreement. Subsequently, another realtor informed me of several red flags that might have hindered the sale. Notably, Dina had marked 'NONE' under Agency Approval in the MLS listing, inadvertently discouraging loan-dependent buyers. This gave the impression that I was only accepting cash offers, which likely reduced the number of potential buyers significantly. Dina also selected Fee Simple on the MLS listing which was another mistake. She was supposed to check condo. See, it is super important that any agent pays attention to detail which Dina did not because it will determine how many people potential buyers you may get. There were other problems but don't have enough space.
