Before real estate, I served in the Army and Coast Guard, including combat service and search-and-rescue as an HH-65 flight mechanic, then spent 16 years with the Department of Energy. I also served on the Front Royal Town Council and Planning Commission, so I know how zoning and local decisions affect property value.
