We were in contact with Bob for a few weeks looking for a a in Greenbackville,Va, we had an appointment scheduled to see a few houses after the 4th of July. He notified us when one or two of the properties were pending, then we continued our search to see as many houses as we could as we were only going to be here for a few days. On July 3rd a property just came on the market he notified us right away, we went on line and read the description of the house and property, it was were we wanted to be. We called him back and put an offer on the house, the sellers accepted. We came to check it out on a Tuesday and Wednesday again to take measurements. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and attentive to us. If he didn’t have an answer he found it very quickly.
