Randsland Real Estate is one of Southwest Utahs most experienced Real Estate professional Organizations, doing business here since 1998, and includes both Rand McCullough & Kim Kinder-Young. Rand and Kim have worked Southern Utah Real Estate together for about 12 years.
Rand McCullough has been a full time Realtor since 1998owned two different Real Estate Brokerages; one large franchise, and is now Broker for Realtypath St George. He was President of Washington County Board of Realtors 2009-2011, and an authorized trainer for Stringham Schools, Utahs largest Real Estate school, and is a committed outdoor enthusiast.
Kim (Kinder) Young has been a Realtor since 2002. Her specialty for years has been relocating people to Southern Utah for retirement, 2nd homes, weekend cabins, and investment.
