We recently decided to downsize and sell our home of more than 20 years. Wendy was amazing! She was compassionate, understanding that this was a difficult decision and held our hands every step of the way. She made the transition fun and exciting. Preparing our home to be put on the market required a lot of work. We followed Wendy's lead, and she worked hand in hand with us every step of the way. Our home sold over the asking price in just three days! We were thrilled and love our new home!

Wendy is AMAZING!! The process of needing to sell our home while trying to buy one at the same time was terrifying to say the least. Wendy promised it was possible and followed through on her promise! She answered any question we had and made the transaction so seamless. I don't know how but everything fell right into place right when it was supposed to. (Just like she said it would) From the first handshake, I could tell she genuinely cares about her clients. She very knowledgeable and had an answer for everything that crossed our minds. We closed on our new home today and I can honestly say there was zero anxiety. You'd never know we just made one of the biggest purchases of our lives! I can never thank her enough!

Wendy is amazing! She knows real estate like the back of her hand. She wants to see her clients get into the home of their dreams, and is willing to go above and beyond. She has had our back when our builder threw some frustrating curveballs at closing, and wanted the best outcome for us. We have loved working with Wendy to sell and buy our new home!

Wendy was amazing through our process of buying a home. She was there to inform us every step of the way of the process and what to expect. She was attentive and prompt in all of our meeting and responses to our numerous questions. It was nice to have an advocate for me that fought for me to get everything we could possibly get. She negotiated a lot of the furniture and extras in the home and the most important thing, the price. She made buying a house easy and I would recommend her to anyone and I will be using her again if I buy or sell in the future.

Wendy did an excellent job with the purchase of our home. She took the time to explain the process, kept in constant communication, and really went to bat for us with the sellers agent. Not to mention we had 4 borrowers which added a layer or two of complexity to the whole thing! Not that I ever intend to move again :), but if I do, I wouldn't use anyone else!
