Dawn Chapman

As a full-time resident and Realtor in Park City since 1988, I have extensive first-hand knowledge of the local area and market conditions. I've seen many changes in Park City and have successfully navigated both Buyer's and Seller's markets. Over the years, I've pursued in-depth training and real estate designations/certifications to best handle changes in the marketplace. From Short Sale Specialist to GREEN Designee, I strive to always have the most current tools and knowledge to best represent my clients. I have worked with luxury builders from the ground up and helped many locals sell their homes. I've also received specialized training in home staging to increase home marketability and energy-efficient construction to help buyers recognize the hidden value of a home. I served on the Park City Board of Realtors as a Director from 2020- 2023 and am currently giving back to my profession as a Utah state continuing education instructor teaching fellow Realtors best practices.
