First time home owners!! Jody was the best, when people say you can text or call me anytime but you never do.. or you do and theyre busy. Thats NOT Jody, she means it and really does have your best interests in mind. She kept a detailed book of everything we wanted, what was important and even kept us up do date without having to ask. I will recommend to friends, family and strangers! :) Lots of questions and she knew all the answers or how to get them. Not disappointed.

Jodi is an amazing person to work with, super up beat, positive, and easy to get along with. Worked with her twice and would do it again in a heartbeat.

It took approximately one year for my new house to be completed and during that time Jody facilitated the process from beginning to end. She was always quick to respond, whether it be via text, email, or phone calls. She was prompt to all of our meetings and she was always well organized. I truly felt like she was a strong advocate on my behalf during my interactions with the home builder. She even went so far as to provide me with a beautiful house warming gift at close. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

Jody is an all around awesome person and realtor. She was very kind, professional, and her knowledge of what it takes to get us a home in this market was extraordinary. Jody had sold our old home, and had us a new home both within three months. In this crazy market that's unheard of. I would highly recommend Jody for anyone who is looking to be impressed.

Where do I start. Jody is amazing, caring, comforting and personable woman. This is my second home I bought working with her but first time for selling.
