Brad Winget

Brad Winget (CRS, AB, SFR) is a Real Estate expert and entrepreneur based in Salt Lake City, Utah. A Utah native himself, Brad has spent the last 17 years learning the ins and outs of the mortgage, real estate, home flipping and vacation rental business. Brad is currently the CEO of two different real estate-related companies while managing his real estate and mortgage team and helping clients navigate through the complexities of real estate on a day-to-day basis. Brad has flipped more than 700 homes and has closed more than 1,000 mortgage and 500 real estate transactions, making him distinguished in his field. Brad was also one of the founders of Paradise Village at Zion which is a “First of Its Kind” vacation rental community in southern Utah featuring 124 custom built homes.
