I'm Jim Williams, Principal Broker/Owner of Williams Realty UTAH, P.C., known as Williams Realty Utah. I've helped Utah buyers and sellers since 1994 and call Alta home. I specialize in ski and mountain real estate, luxury homes, condos, second homes and confidential off-market sales.
I serve Alta and Snowbird in Little Cottonwood Canyon; Brighton and Solitude in Big Cottonwood Canyon; Park City and Deer Valley; and Salt Lake City, Cottonwood Heights, Sandy, Holladay and Draper.
