My husband and I live overseas and were searching for a home in San Antonio after retiring from military service. I worked with a realtor recommended by the lender, and we sent our son from VA to view the houses. On the morning she was supposed to pick up my son from the hotel, she decided to send her colleague instead and emailed me saying I needed to sign a contract before they could show him the houses. I was unhappy with her lack of professionalism, so I went online to find a new realtor. It was midnight when I contacted Leticia, but she responded to my email, called us in South Korea, and arranged to pick up our son from the hotel the next day for the showing. My son liked her so much that he wanted to work for her! She was more than just a realtor. We found the house we liked, bought it, and moved in during November.
