JT was raised on a ranch north of McLean, Texas where his parents still reside today. His father, once a rancher turned preacher, and his mother, a CPA, instilled strong work ethics and a sense of always trying to exceed peoples expectations. JT acquired his undergraduate degree and Masters in Agricultural Science from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. While still attending college, JT received his Texas Real Estate license and in January 2010 received his Texas brokers license and started Triangle Realty, LLC. JT owes his successful sales career to his mantra, Its the little things you do, that you dont have to do, that make a difference when nothing else matters. When not spending time with his beautiful wife and awesome kids, he enjoys golf, team roping, and coaching youth baseball.

Melissa grew up in Harlingen, TX and went on to attend Texas A&M University where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree. She relocated to the Panhandle in 2009, while working as a Regional Director in the restaurant industry. In 2015, she made the transition into Real Estate and has been a top producer, winning numerous awards for her offices. She obtained her broker's license in 2019 and is a co-owner of MGroup. Melissa loves the business, the ability to connect with her clients, but cherishes having the ability to truly help people. She uses her platform to serve her fellow REALTORS, her clients, and her community. Melissa currently serves on the Amarillo Association Board of Directors, several committees locally, and on a NAR and Texas Realtors Committees. She believes in the power of education, influence, and leads by example. Melissa lives in Bushland,TX with her husband Steve, has two daughters Kaitlyn and Makenzee, and has 4 dogs Kain, Bailey, Keno, and Ali.
