John "David" Speedie

David exceeded our expectations. He did things we didnt even think of. We especially loved the video he did on our home, the property, and the two community parks. After watching that, we were temped not to leave.

I was doing a For Sale By Owner, but David advised me in the background for free I saw that David had energy, but he wasnt pushy which I liked. When my FSBO sale fell through, I gave it to David to sell since we had to move. I couldnt believe that even with his commission, he still ended up netting us more than we would have netted with the FSBO. I was so impressed that I recommended David to my brother who was selling my fathers half-million dollar house in Garden Ridge. Another Realtor had already been trying to sell it for 1 years; we moved it to David and he GOT IT SOLD!

David was thorough, tenacious, and responsive. David helped me sell the family estate after my mother passed. He was very involved in helping me to set the house up to look its best and to maintain activity of prospects. Always there to help as I do not live in the area. From the quality of the listing to the final closing David acted in a truly professional manner. Thank you David!

It was great, it was easy, David did a fantastic job! We couldnt have asked for anything better. It was just EASY we sold houses before, so we were leery, but David just made it easy for us. Especially, with us not being there David helped us through the entire process!!!

First of all, his photography was excellent. A testament to that was that we caught a local builder stealing his photos off the MLS to use to market houses that hadnt been built yet. Also, David went the extra mile when it came to marketing. He was even marketing in Austin and Houston; our buyer came from Austin. Lastly, he did aa great job in negotiation!
