Kristi was amazing! Initially, I was contacted via email by several realtors after sending out an inquiry. Not only did Kristi respond immediately, her response was very thorough regarding the process and what her role would be. This level of detail is what made her stand out from the others. My listing was a little tricky. I actually live three hours away from the property that was an inherited estate. After 5 years of renting using a totally incompetent management company, I was hesitant to engage in the process. Kristi guided me through the seller's experience with ease. After listing the property, it sold within the first 60 days with LOTS of showings. Had the property been a little larger, it would have sold faster than that. I recommend Kristi hands down.
