Justin Willmon

Born and raised in Midland, Justin graduated from Midland Lee High School in 2009 before earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Angelo State University. After working with a Shark Tank-featured startup in the DFW area and Austin, he returned home in 2016 to pursue a career in real estate. Justin founded Welcome Home Property Group in 2018, earned his Real Estate Broker's license in 2022, and co-founded Brix & Co. Realty in 2026. Today, he helps lead a growing brokerage of 30+ agents while overseeing Welcome Home Property Group, serving clients throughout Midland, Odessa, Big Spring, Andrews, Seminole, Lubbock, San Angelo, and the surrounding West Texas communities. Justin and his wife, Addye, have three daughters and enjoy traveling, spending time with family, and exploring new restaurants.
