I started as a real estate investor nearly 30 years ago, and haven't looked back since. I have an extensive background in all aspect of real estate investing and property management. While I do work with many real estate investors in a sales and advisory role, my main work at this time is working with individuals on the purchase and sales of their primary residence. Whether buying your first home, expanding to accommodate a growing family, or downsizing or dealing with an estate..... I take great care in helping you make these transactions as smooth and easy and stress-free as possible. I will never claim "I've seen it all", but I've seen most of it, and I put that experience to work for my clients if problems or surprises arise to get to the closing table as intended!
