I was licensed in 1996 and have had the advantage of excellent advice and mentorship through the years. I've also gotten to know East Texas quite well, having started in Henderson, then Marshall, on to Longview and now I live close to Tyler. I've bought and sold property of my own often enough to be familiar with the ups and downs on a personal level. It can be scary and I don't believe I've ever bought without wondering if I was making a HUGE mistake! (I never was!) I do some investing and keep up with publications, peers and education.
