Jeff Kappel

In 2000, I started Oak Point Wood Works, a company that produced custom wood products for national builders, remodelers and homeowners in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Other early job history: I was a licensed volunteer EMT/Fire Fighter for Little Elm, TX between 1995 and 2003. Along with Oak Point Wood Works, my wife and I founded Two Points Real Estate Investments in 2008 and started buying, renovating and reselling residential real estate until 2018. My wife was first to get her real estate license when we noticed how much we were paying our realtor (2014). I received my real estate license March of 2021. I began focusing exclusively on residential real estate transactions in March of 2021. I have formalized my commitment real estate by co-founding, with my broker wife Julia, our real estate brokerage, J Kappel Realty. With our combined knowledge, Julia and I are looking forward to providing a level of service to our clients that may not be offered by the larger brokerages.

My first priority is to help my clients identify the "life Event" that is influencing them to buy or sell real estate. Once we know this, I can help them form a plan of action to make sure their real estate transaction goes as smoothly as possible.
