Sandra Alaniz

Ms Alaniz was very professional and sincere when she explained the possible selling concerns that a seller might face. She explained everything in a way that an inexperienced seller, like myself, could understand. She also added a very important seller's protection item (appliance protection), at her company's expense, in order to avoid possible after sales concerns for the seller. These same protective items also provided future buying protection for the customer involved. Not being an experienced seller, I interviewed three possible selling agents. All these fine folks provided excellent presentations, but Ms Alaniz stood at the very top of the l ist at the end. My selection of her as my selling agent was justified by my house being sold in a 10 day selling period. I can't express enough appreciation to her and her sales team for my great house selling experience.
