Tatiana did a fantastic job listing and selling our house. She thoroughly explained how she came to a listing price, presented comps, and showed us the numbers that justified the comps in the area, she held open houses and sold our house in just a few weeks. Once we had offers she provided us with an owners equity sheet which was very helpful. She is friendly and pleasant, and very knowledgeable. The only reason I didn’t rate her a 5 was there were a couple times, for various reasons, there was a lack of communication, and she was late to our initial meeting and the closing. Those minor things aside, she was fantastic. I would recommend her and definitely use her again.
