Guiding a seller and preparing their home for the sale market for example getting necessary repairs done before listing the home, once they receive an offer I go over the terms and let the seller know what they will net at closing, next will be the buyers inspection and we go over the repairs the buyers want done,next is the appraisal and termite inspection then comes the day of closing for signing the papers and giving keys to the buyers!!
