Although born in Havana Cuba, Sam and his family left when he was 3 years old. He now lives in Katy TX with his wife, Tricia who's also part of his team, and his 2 kids (Zane - 13, Samantha 16) and 2 dogs, 1 being his AussieDoodle puppy Hachigo which keep him busy outside of work, and keep him motivated to work hard to provide for them! Even though he never finished college, he does say he has his PhD. (Public High School Diploma :). He and his wife Tricia also just started Flipping property this past and looking forward to doing 2-3 Flips per year alongside his Residential Real Estate Business.
