I founded Texas Palladium to provide a relationship based company that puts our customers’ needs and wants first. Larger firms set quotas for their agents which push them to make a sale even if it isn’t in the best interest of the customer. It doesn’t matter if you are looking to rent or buy, or the price level. It’s all about providing a service to the customer and building a relationship for years to come. My customers know that I’m there for them during the process and long after for any assistance they may need when it comes to home ownership.
