His father, once a rancher turned preacher, and his mother, a CPA, instilled strong work ethics and a sense of always trying to exceed peoples expectations. JT acquired his undergraduate degree and Masters in Agricultural Science from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. While still attending college, JT received his Texas Real Estate license and in January 2010 received his Texas brokers license and started Triangle Realty, LLC.
