She has a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification, which enhances her skills in pricing properties, creating competitive market analysis (CMAs), working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misconceptions they often have about home values. Rebecca has mastered the advanced digital marketing techniques of today by earning the e-PRO® certification from the National Association of Realtors®. She has a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification (SFR®). Rebecca has also received her Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) certification through the U.S. Probate Services and has extensive knowledge working with Probate. She is appointed by the Hood County at Large as a Special Commissioner for eminent domain cases. Rebecca is also a Hood County Court Appointed Receiver responsible for liquidating property.
