One area where I focus on providing additional value is negotiating on behalf of my buyers. I've helped customers secure seller concessions to maximize available assistance toward closing costs, prepaid expenses, and other eligible transaction expenses. My goal is to structure negotiations strategically so buyers can preserve more of their savings and make homeownership more financially manageable, subject to seller agreement and lender guidelines. I believe real estate is about more than buying and selling houses. It's about building relationships, educating clients, advocating for their best interests, and helping people make informed decisions. My mission is simple: 22 years of military service taught me what it means to serve. Today, I continue that mission through real estate, one family, one home, and one relationship at a time.
