I've been selling real estate for 30 years and I enjoy helping people find their home. Guiding a buyer through the buying process from the beginning getting pre qual for their home loan, finding their home and making an offer, inspection, appraisal, final walk thru before closing and then signing closing papers on their new home!! Helping a seller sell their first home and buy another home with the proceeds they gained from the first home. Guiding a seller and preparing their home for the sale market for example getting necessary repairs done before listing the home, once they receive an offer I go over the terms and let the seller know what they will net at closing, next will be the buyers inspection and we go over the repairs the buyers want done,next is the appraisal and termite inspection then comes the day of closing for signing the papers and giving keys to the buyers!!
