Kourtney has a background as a Paralegal in Elder Law and worked many years with families on estate planning, Medicaid planning and probate. Kourtney's mom never lets her forget that she is a fourth generation native Houstonian and a natural born Texan. Kourtney grew up in the Friendswood area and is a CCISD and ACC alumna. While she is not assisting buyers/sellers, you will catch her and her husband playing chickenfoot, cruising, or spending time with their son and 2 dogs, Tig and Ribeye. Kourtney currently resides in the Conroe area and has taken on most of the north and south Houston corridors. She is thrilled to be a part of the prestigious brokerage at Central Metro Realty and focuses on helping Veterans, first-time homebuyers, investors and returning clients. With her years of experience and legal background, Kourtney is always ready to help her clients get to the closing table.
