In 2016, Marley transitioned into real estate marketing and leadership, serving as Field Marketing Manager and later Vice President of Sales at Coldwell Banker Realty, supporting more than 475 agents across Central Texas. Today, as founder of Synergy Property Group, she mentors her team in growing their businesses while collaborating to deliver elevated client service.
