Kat Wainwright grew up on beautiful Catalina Island, California, before making her way to Austin, where she instantly fell in love with the city's vibrant energy and welcoming community. Before starting her real estate career in 2005, Kat owned her own hair salon, where she developed strong client relationships and honed her entrepreneurial spirit. Her experience managing a business and leading a team gave her valuable insights into customer service, listening to client needs, and fostering a collaborative environment.
