A native Texan from Dallas, my name is Rachael Fierro, Broker Owner of Sixteen100 Realty. It was always such a joy for me to see a 1st time homebuyer buy a piece of the American Dream of homeownership, but NOW it brings me even greater joy to see these agents grow in their own career. It is my goal to help them be successful, being available to them and not competing against them. I dont ever want an agent to feel left behind, alone or lost. My career started in 1994 working under a real estate attorney, as an escrow officer, managed a title company, been a realtor, helped Housing Channel with many developments, down payment assistance programs, commercial deals and assisted in developments. So I feel like I have a lot to offer my agents through all my years of experience from different sides of real estate.
