House looked great. He used a great photographer and gave us phenomenal advice regarding realistic expectations. Eric drove interest in the house and hosted a very successful open house event. We had a solid offer within days. I'd definitely hire Eric again!

Eric is very knowledgeable and helpful. I came in from out of town to sell my house in Abilene. To much of my surprise, the renters I had totally destroyed my house and it needed a total gut and replacement of everything. Eric knows a lot of people in the Abilene area and was able to hook me up with a contractor. In the end, Eric found an investor that was interested to buy the house as is. Eric had my house sold within 4 days. I had to return back home. Eric took care of everything and kept me up to date. I would recommend Eric to all my friends that move to Texas.
