Chad Woelke

From the get-go, Chad was already feeding us information about my parent's house. He was by our side continually throughout the process, both in handling the issues that came up in the contracts and mentally putting my mind at ease. His knowledge of how things can be handled between us and the buyer was exceptional. Updating us when anything new or important came up. Feeding us the documents needing to be signed in a timely manner. Communicated well with the other realtor. Looking back on the whole process, he made it as smooth as could be expected, especially during this the Christmas holiday season. I am so very thankful to have met Chad and have him on our side in selling this house. Look forward to working with him again.
