I first obtained my real estate license in 2006 out of interest in the industry. In 2019, I decided to make the switch to full-time. Now, real estate is my entire focus. This allows me to be availalbe to my clients throughout the day and week. I cover areas including Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Mount Juliet, Hendersonville and other adjoining areas.

I have lived in the Nashville area since 1979 and graduated from David Lipscomb University with a degree in Accounting. I have been selling real estate for over 20 years and was GNAR's "Rookie of the Year" in 2002. I have been involved in over 1,000 buyer and seller real estate transactions and my total sales put me in the TOP 1% of all agents in town!

After graduating from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor’s degree, Jessi began her real estate career straight out of college. Once she gained a few years of experience, she moved to Nashville to seek more real estate opportunities and obtained a Master’s degree from Belmont University. In her 11th year of real estate, she obtained her Broker’s license and was named her firm's youngest managing broker in 2015. She has received her CRS, GRI, ABR, ASP, CNE, RESA® CSA™ and e-PRO designations while maintaining active membership in four industry associations. Jessi and her husband have three children and when she’s not working, Jessi spends as much time as she can with her family. This typically involves Predators hockey games, kids’ practice and games (so many different activities between the three) or enjoying an adventure.
