Brian Workman

I have been working at Bender Realty since graduating from Lee University’s Business Department in 1999. I first obtained my GRI and ABR designations, which are residential real estate designations. I then started working on commercial projects and sought to obtain my CCIM designation, which is a “masters in commercial real estate.” Next I went on and achieved my CPM (certified property manager) designation, which is the top designation for property management. My specialties are commercial site selection and working with families. I am not a sales person; I give you all of the information and let you make your decision.
